Andrea Olson is a distinguished worship leader, songwriter, and entrepreneur committed to equipping the Church with resources that inspire faith where life really happens. As the founder of Overflow Worship, she is calling a generation to rise up - because the Church of tomorrow depends on what we do today.


Overflow Worship Leaders Online emerged as an active online community.As the need for on-site training increased, Andrea Olson and her family took a leap of faith, stepped out of their local church staff positions, and launched into full-time ministry with Overflow Worship Leaders Online.


Andrea's extensive career in music and ministry includes collaborations with Grammy-nominated and Dove Award-winning artists such as Meredith Andrews, Christy Nockels, Paul Baloche, Shane & Shane, and Vertical Worship. She has led worship across the country and created impactful online experiences, including a virtual retreat that drew 8,000 worship leaders globally.

    IS OVERFLOW WORSHIP LEADERS ONLINE ONLY FOR NEW WORSHIP LEADERS?

        It was created with new worship leaders in mind; however, it’s a perfect resource for anyone new to worship ministry, new to their current role, or a worship leader serving a church that is going through a significant change or major culture shift.

    HOW MUCH IS MEMBERSHIP?

        Our membership plan is for $499 per year for the base package and $999 for the full access package! Both include our entire vault of training courses and resources. 

    HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT THAN OTHER WORSHIP MEMBERSHIPS?

        Great question — it’s almost entirely different. We trust that you have a foundational knowledge of leading ministry, but we also know that oftentimes seminary or ministry training programs focus less on the practical aspects of ministry leadership, and that’s where we come in. We pick up where your training (even if it was some piano lessons back in high school) left off.

    I'M SO BUSY, WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE TIME?

        Our streaming content is self-paced, so there’s no syllabus of deadlines. And while attending our live trainings in person is most beneficial, they are saved so you can view them later.

    THIS COMMUNITY THING - IS IT REALLY THAT MUCH DIFFERENT THAN A FACEBOOK GROUP?

        YES — it most certainly is! Our developers have customized this platform for our members. We have the ability to facilitate custom discussions, create small groups (can somebody say small group Bible study with your new friends?) and give you the space to chat back and forth with our experts AND other worship leaders who just get it.
